Vermibeds  and many more products as per BIS standard with the production capacity of 14000 mt/ annum. Our infrastructure spans across 4 units in Kanpur, India which has production and integration facility covering approximately 1.40 lac sq. ft. in area.Our company has most advanced machinery and requirements. We have BIS license for manufacturing Vermibeds (IS 15907:2010).

All the testings are carried as per the BIS specified standards and matching to the ISI certifications.

We, at V.K. Packwell, are the manufacturer of vermibeds for cultivating vermicompost vermiwash and earthworms which will reduce the farmer’s expenses on chemical fertilizer. V.K. Vermibed is different from other conventional methods of composting because of ease in installation, quick composting process, quality of the compost produced and collection of vermiwash.

In our vermibed, We have also provided an outlet to collect vermiwash, which is highly nutritious and around 80-100 liters can be generated in one year. We expect the first yield from 45-60  days of installation and around one tone of  Vermicompost can be produced.

Installation: Our HDPE Vermibed can be installed in very little time. Anyone can shift it within a short time close to the raw material source.

Aeration: There is the special provision of reinforced net windows to increase the population of worms, thereby helping in enhancing the vermicomposting process.V. K. Vermibeds are factory fitted with aeration windows. Aeration allows the compost to maintain the proper moisture and oxygen levels for microbial populations to operate at peak efficiency. They also prevent excess heat buildup. Optimal aeration results in faster and healthier composts that in turn give higher crop yields.

Collection of Vermiwash: A very specially designed outlet is provided to collect Vermiwash. This liquid composes of different micro-nutrients vitamins and digestive elements.
